I had always been curious about yoga and was inspired to try it out when my dad started practicing regularly after he turned 60. After playing soccer for most of my life and then becoming a runner, I was looking for a restorative activity for my rest days from running. I started in 2009 by practicing with a few videos at home until I worked up the courage to step into a studio. I fell in love with yoga’s physical challenge, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the mental and spiritual benefits
I experienced. I have wanted to teach since that very first studio class I attended. It started as a small dream that I kept in the back of my mind and my heart until the time was right. After many pieces fell into place, I was able to start my 200 hour teacher training with Grace Morales in February 2011. I am passionate about yoga and its benefits and I truly feel called to share it with others through teaching. I look forward to practicing with you!
